All prices listed on our Site are in INR ₹ unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases made on our Site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price, or issues identified by our payment processing team.

We accept the following payment methods:

UPI (ex: GPay, PhonePe)

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to the designated payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times may vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control. All delivery times provided are estimates.

We don’t accept International orders for now.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows you to return items such as Brass, Copper Items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the products are in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@rushivarya.com or Call our customer care +91 8341989939. Shipping charges for returns may be your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned items. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rushivarya – The Vaidic Icon® or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

If you post reviews, comments, or other content to our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, modify, publish, translate, and distribute such content worldwide in any media. You agree that your submissions will not contain any illegal, defamatory, or infringing material.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any user-generated content that violates our policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rushivarya – The Vaidic Icon® shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
