Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Only Returnable items:

  • Solid Items like Brass, Copper

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 5 days, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rushivarya.com

4. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

5. Items Lost in Transit

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for a refund.
